For publishers and agencies
Find the next books worth working on.
Your long tail deserves more than a score. Start with a focused backlist pilot: find discovery gaps, choose practical changes and measure what happens.
Scope a catalogue pilotA manageable first segment
Agree the titles, market, genres, checks and budget before work starts. We use a publisher-supplied catalogue to confirm book identity and flag ambiguous editions for review. Large catalogues are scoped in stages.
An action register your team can use
See the observed evidence, the proposed change, who owns it and how to check the result. Prioritise metadata and listing changes your team can actually make. Public AI citations are evidence of what a model used, not a guarantee that a placement will improve sales.
Measure the change
Keep a baseline, log the changes and compare the same question panel again. Where data is available, agree treatment and comparison groups and measure sales separately. We report uncertainty and model changes alongside the results.
A pilot with clear boundaries
Title count, outputs, timetable, data handling and price are agreed in writing. Bulk catalogue work is a managed pilot; self-service catalogue ingestion is not yet available. No sales uplift or AI placement is promised.
