Who we are

Book Score is run by publishing.co.uk. You can reach us at hello@publishing.co.uk.

What you get

The free check is free. A full report covers one book. It shows how often ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini recommend your book when readers ask for a book like it, the books they name instead, a check of your Amazon page against Amazon's own rules, the websites AI reads for books like yours with the way in we found on each, and fixes written for your book. Watch and Backlist check your books again on a schedule and tell you what changed. What each one includes and costs is on the prices page.

AI answers change from day to day, so a report is a snapshot of what the assistants said when we asked them. We cannot promise that following it will get your book recommended or sell more copies.

When you get it

We start as soon as your payment goes through. A full report is usually ready within 15 minutes and we email you a link to it. If anything goes wrong on our side, we will fix it or refund you.

Payment

Payment is taken by Lemon Squeezy, who handle the checkout, card details and VAT for us. We never see your card details.

Cancelling and refunds

A report is digital content that we start making straight away. When you buy, you agree to us starting at once, and you accept that your legal 14-day right to cancel ends once the report has been delivered. We still offer a 30-day money-back promise: see refunds.

Watch and Backlist renew until you cancel. Email us to cancel and nothing more is taken; it runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.

Your report link

Each report has its own private link. Anyone you give the link to can open it, so share it only with people you want to see it: your publisher, agent or anyone helping you with your book.

Your information

We keep your email and your report so you can come back to it. See privacy for details.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer under UK law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
