30-day money-back

If you are not happy with what you bought, email hello@publishing.co.uk within 30 days of buying it. Tell us the email address you used and the book title. You do not have to give a reason.

We refund the full amount to the card you paid with. Refunds go back through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, and usually reach your account within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank. For Watch and Backlist, the promise covers your first payment.

If your report did not arrive

Reports are usually ready within 15 minutes. If you have not had yours after an hour, check your spam folder, then email us. We will send it or refund you.

Your legal right to cancel

UK law normally gives you 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content like a report, that right ends once we deliver it, because you ask us to start straight away when you buy. Our 30-day money-back promise is on top of that, so in practice you have 30 days either way.
