It came up when readers asked:
- “What are the best graphic novels ever made? I want to get properly into them but don't know what's actually worth my money.”
- “I've never read a graphic novel before, where should I start? I mostly read normal novels and a bit of non-fiction.”
- “I've read everything by Alan Moore and loved it, so what should I read next? I like dark, clever stories with lots of layers.”
- “What are the best graphic novels by British authors and artists? I'd love to support UK creators if possible.”
- “Which graphic novel series is worth starting if I want something I can get properly stuck into? Ideally with a proper ending and not dragging on forever.”
